Minnesota is on track to post the warmest December in the 150 years that weather records have been kept here.  The Twin Cities area is tracking at 9 degrees above normal for the month.  There is no snow on the ground.  Rain and 50 degrees are in the forecast for Christmas Day.  The normal high for Christmas Day in Minneapolis is 25 degrees.
